Our Sunday pattern of worship and junior church continues to evolve as we cater for a variety of people. Many church members speak of the deep sense of God’s presence in our worship: the peacefulness during quiet prayers and bible reflection, and the joy of lively songs and stories when the children come back in from their group. There are also mid-week fellowship groups, occasional extra worship services on Sundays, and our fortnightly Breakfast church for young families on Saturdays. And everyone is welcome to join our fellowship lunch after church on the 3rd Sunday (often at a nearby pub).
During 2019-2020 we are often holding 2 services on the 2nd Sunday. The Family Worship @10 is 30-40 minutes of lively worship aimed at children and their family members though everyone is welcome. After refreshments families can stay on for activities in the Lower Hall whilst a traditional service is held from 11am often with a visiting preacher.
Our festivals for Easter, Harvest and Christmas are special times for rejoicing and extra worship opportunities.
Since mid 2016, we have enjoyed monthly services run by our own Worship team which is always open to those interested in worship leading, leading prayers, music and preaching.
